Jose Sanchez, a Senior Project Manager on Tampa’s Project Management Team, began his career as a civil engineer. Jose experiences range across multiple construction sectors, including the public sector, healthcare and commercial construction. Jose is a Certified General contractor in the State of Florida who has played an important role in the planning, design and execution of multiple large scale construction projects in the Tampa Market. Jose’ robust technical knowledge and extensive MEP background allows him to deliver excellent results for his clients.

 Jose developed his skills and experience directing, Client broad portfolios, and field operations for one of the country’s largest national, CRE groups, general contractors. Jose defined his career by executing complex projects, focusing on stakeholders’ coordination, project scheduling, client relations, and budget management. Jose skillfully manages various project elements, ensuring seamless coordination among teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
